The Hop Farm is a specialised 450-acre agro-industrial heritage site located in the Weald of Kent. It is structurally defined by 21 Victorian-era oast houses, which represent the largest concentrated collection of such functional kiln buildings globally. Originally developed for the high-volume processing and drying of hops for the British brewing industry, the estate has been repurposed into a multi-sector venue. The infrastructure includes dedicated indoor banqueting suites housed within original timber-framed barns, as well as extensive outdoor event fields capable of supporting a daily occupancy of 50,000. It functions as a primary regional hub for national automotive rallies, music festivals, and agricultural exhibitions.
